The broken blow-by line
I forgot to write about the way how I fixed the broken pipe for blow by line. You
can find the problem here.
You can see some more how the part was broken.
I gave up to use the broken and separated piece which I was holding by
my hand. Instead of using it, I decided to use an aluminum pipe inserting
to the resonator box with the aid of a soldering iron. The diameter of the
aluminum pipe I used was slightly bigger than the hole and it was not easy
to insert. Heating the aluminum pipe up to 140 degrees C made it possible
to insert.
After the insertion, I used a glue called the Bond G17 and then a silicon RTV
as was above. It has been more than 3 months and the inserted aluminum
pipe is sitting there and working nicely ever since.
